His downfall

"If any man hath an ear let him hear. He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints."     Revelation 13v9-10. 

The Divine warning is sounded to all!    Those who oppose God will fall; "God resisteth  the proud but giveth grace unto the lowly" James 4v6, the word means "sets armies against", and if we understand the scale of God' s armies we know it is futile to oppose Him.   Hannah records in her prayer in 1st Samuel 2v9-10   "For by strength shall no man prevail.   The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken in pieces".    The virgin Mary declared in Luke 1v52   " He hath put down from their thrones the mighty, and exalted them of low degree".   It is the unalterable law of Divine justice, God will surely put to rights every wrong and every wrongdoer.   The counsels of God will stand! This last great world empire will come to an abrupt end, just like it's mastermind Satan.   The language of scripture is awesome.

• Ezekiel 28v18   "....therefore I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all men that behold thee. all they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee. Thou shalt be a terror and never shalt thou be anymore."  
• Daniel 7v11     "I beheld even till the beast was slain and his body was destroyed and given to the burning flame".
• Daniel 7v26-27    "The judgment shall sit and they shall take away his dominion to consume and to destroy it unto the end. And the kingdom and dominion and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him."
• Daniel 8v25    "........he shall also stand against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand".
• Daniel 9v27    "......and upon the wing (or pinnacle) of abominations shall come one who makes desolate; until the full determined end is poured out on the desolator".
• Daniel 11v45  ".....yet he shall come to his end and none shall help him".
• 2 Thessalonians 2v8    "And then shall that Wicked(the Lawless one) be revealed whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming".
• Isaiah 11v4    "But with righteousness shall He judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and He shall smite the earth with the rod of His mouth, and with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked".
• Revelation 17v8    "The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the abyss and goeth into perdition".
• Revelation 17v8    "The beast that was and is not, even he is the eighth, and goeth into perdition".
• Revelation 19v19-20    "And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him that sat on the horse and against His army(fulfilment of Psalm 2) and the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet, that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image".

So reads the doom of the empire that dared to oppose Almighty God.   This is the patience of the saints, this is the faith of the saints, right will prevail, sin and Satan will be defeated and eradicated; this was accomplished by Jesus at the cross,(Colossians 2v14-15).   It's only a matter of time.
